But, believe me, I were one of the rear passengers and it was very scary when Wolf started jumping on curbs with that "full loaded" Materia .

It used to be a very special experience. One day you can tell stories about it to your grandchildren And no one will believe you.
At least the Materia had Wolf GT-four on its back

We have made arrangements with the track, hotel, etc… .

Thursday (for those arriving early)
Late supper and night in the hotel: 110PLN per person

Friday (official beginning of PECM2011)

The track: 100PLN per car
Evening grill/bbq (free beer), night at the hotel: 140PLN per person

Saturday
Dinner at one of the local castles plus surprise acitivities, late supper/grill (free beer), night at the hotel: 230PLN per person

Sunday
Final dinner at the hotel: 80PLN per person

Parking at the hotel, and on Saturday will be monitored and guarded.

Please start making lists now – one country – one list.
The list should include
Name/nick; number of participants; car; track (yes or no); country

Country leaders – when lists are ready please contact (pm or e-mail) for additional details (like account/payment)

Deadline for list of participants will be 10th of April 2011
Deadline for payments will be 17th of May 2011

One thing...
I think is a little bit early the deadline for the list of the participants (10th of April).
Is there any specific reason (...about reservations ecc) for this or we can postpone it a little?
Always keeping of course the deadline for the payments (17th of may).


_ Well, the price per person for the hotel is based on a double room overnight?
If yes, what about single or triple room prices per person?

_ About the track. Can you post some tech. details of the lap that we have to do?
And..... - I know it is quite impossible - but just a confirmation....will we have the part of the road at the track, at least for a couple of hours? Or there is noway to do this?

THURSDAY'S LATE SUPPER AND HOTEL: 110PNL about 27/28€ per person
THE TRACK: 100PLN about 25€ per car
FRIDAY'S EVENING BBQ- HOTEL: 140PLN about 35€ per person
SATURDAY'S LUNCH-BBQ-HOTEL: 230PLN about 57€ per person
SUNDAY'S DINNER: 80PLN about 20€

In my opinion it is good deadline because (as always) there must be some expected reserve... I mean if want the list by the end of April you always must have deadline at least two weeks earlier .

Anyway I would like to ask/confirm of details from you Robert as well. Prices for 2-3 people in the car. I mean:

I get it like prices you mentioned are for one participant in the car. so...

- how it is when are two people in the car? Price is simply doubled?
- how it is with children? is child also "plus one" in the price list?

Why asking... I will not ravel alone but PECM will be my "family trip". That means two adult and 18month old kid. Of course want double room (kid is too small for own bed). What I need now is to make trip calculations to be ready.

Hi Wolf, you got it right. No Euro You have to exchange some cash to PLN and/or use a credit card. That's exactly the way I'm going to do it.
And no, there are no customs on the border for citizens of EU. So no one will check your luggage for alcoholic drinks and cigarettes

And I have no questions to the organizers, as those important for me were already placed by other members

Essentially we have locked booking for the whole hotel for our dates. And they would like to know as soon as possible how many rooms will be not used by us. So this is why dates are like that. We have a bit of a margin with this but not much.


We will not have a full track, however, the part that is available is about 80% of it and it will put your adrenaline to new levels

Available is 95, 98 and VPower racing (about 100)
At the moment, the prices are
95 - 4,8 - 5.0 PLN (1.18 - 1.23 EUR)
98 - 5.0 - 5.4 PLN (1.23 - 1.33 EUR)
VP100 - 5,5 PLN (1,35 EUR)

Fuel prices are currently fluctuating very much. What will be during PECM - no one knows.
