PECM2011 - Poland - first info

As some of you are asking more and more questions here is what we have planned and what we are preparing for PECM2011

Time/Date:
We are planing PECM2011 to happen from 12th to 14th of August.

Place:
The PECM2011 will take place in Poland in the Kielce area (here).
The track for the event is in Miedziana Góra - the track

Plan (preliminary):
Thursday evening - early arrivals - supper
Friday - track day, late dinner/supper (barbecue, beer, etc).
Saturday - a trip around. We plan to show you Paradise Cave, and then go to the dinner in one of the local renewed castles. At the evening bbq possible.
Sunday - another trip around with some attractions (for those willing)/return home

The costs (estimate):
Hotel
bed and breakfast around 18 EUR per person per day in double or triple rooms.

Food:
supper Thursday, Friday bbq, Saturday dinner, bbq - around 80 EUR per person (whole package)

Track:
we are still waiting for the final price.

Admissions/tickets (during the trips on Saturday and Sunday) - around 25 EUR per person.

Prices are estimate due to ongoing negotiations and EUR/PLN exchange rate. At present it is 3,93 PLN for 1 EUR.

Spread the word among your clubs and try to find out how many of you will be willing to come and we will continue

I think it's a very good and realistic plan!

I will post the translation of this post at the greek forum right now.

We have already begun a general discussion about the next Pecm in Poland...
At first place the principal issue regards the selection of the most appropriate route to get there.
You have done this journey last year so we would be grateful if you can post about your choices/experience....

I've found for the track this image


I think that the picture here is rotated of 90° clockwise in relation to the north origin.
So at the 2nd link of Wolf we have to zoom out to see it all...Is it right???

This is a full track that was used for GT class races. Part of the track is on the public road.What we will have at our disposal is the "small loop" that is visible on the google maps.

I am hoping to attend this meet, as my girlfriends family live very near Kielce, and i have even visited the track before.

I appreciate it is a long way away, both time and distance, but this event has my support and i will try my best to promote it within our Owners Club.
