The Program

Hi all Celica Fans,

The preparation of the program of PECM 2017 was delayed a bit, as there were several changes at the last minute, which we had to solve.

At this moment the PECM 2017 is completely prepared and we are looking forward to your participation. As we promised, the meeting will take place in Prague from August 17th to 20th 2017. The final costs for participants weren’t set yet, as we are still waiting for price from three entities, which may affect the costs (reduce it) significantly.

What we have prepared for you within PECM 2017:

• Thursday, August 17th, 2017:
o 06:00 pm – arrival of participants and accommodation in a hotel in center of Prague.
o 07:00 pm – information meeting, where we provide you with all necessary organizational information for the meeting.
o 07:30 pm – joint dinner of participants at the hotel.

• Friday, August 18th, 2017:
o Friday Is going to be a day dedicated to our Celicas.
o Breakfast at the hotel.
o 09:00 am – meet of the participants in front of the hotel.
o 10:00 am – departure from the hotel – joyride.
o From 11:00 am to 07:00 pm – the whole day program out of Prague. Drivers – the whole day program with Celicas. The program and space for passengers will be arranged.
o Food during the program in the form of warm and cold buffet.
o 07:00 pm – departure back to Prague.
o From 08:30 pm – dinner and free entertainment at the hotel.

• Saturday, August 19th, 2017:
o Saturday is going to be a day when our cars will get some rest.
o Breakfast at the hotel.
o 10:00 am – meet of the participants in front of the hotel (our cars will rest on a guarded parking lot in front of the hotel).
o 10:30 am – launch of the program in Prague – first part of the program.
o From 02:00 to 03:30 pm – lunch with a view of the city center.
o From 03:30 to 07:00 pm – second part of the program in Prague.
o 07:00 pm – dinner and free entertainment with the view of the night Prague.
o From 09:00 to 11:00 pm – surprise (participation in groups).
o After 11 pm – return back to the hotel (depends on the endurance of the participants).

• Sunday, August 20th, 2017:
o Breakfast until 10:30 am.
o Checkout before 12 o’clock.

Children:
- Free accommodation of babies
- Discounted price for children up to 12 years
- Reduced price for the rest of children
- During the program in Friday there will be space prepared for children (we will inform you about details during the registration process).

Dogs:
- The hotel is pets friendly, for a charge
- In Friday it would be possible to take the dog with you (the dog leash and excrement bags are necessary)
- During the meeting it is possible to arrange a professional dogsitter for your dog Wi will inform you about details during the registration process)

Food:
- Friday the whole day, the breakfast and the dinner in Saturday, the breakfast in Sunday – it would be possible to choose from meals
- Te dinner in Thursday and Friday, the lunch in Saturday – united menu
- Special wishes will be solved during registration process

All necessary details of the meeting will be presented during th registration process. The registration will start as soon as we have the price from the last 3 subjects. We expect to start it before the end of February 2017 at the latest.

Payment:
A down payment will be made during registration (January – February). The rest in amount of the costs of accommodation will be paid in August 2017, when you arrive at the hotel.

We would like to ask you to assign representatives from each country, through which we will communicate all the organizational things regarding the PECM 2017.
