No more news.
It's ok for Friday.
I had already communicated this to the track.
I still have no prices from them.

Also last weeks I had a lot of things to do for my work here, so I didn't phone them yet...

But...this moment I'm preparing my luggages...Tomorrow I' ll be in Greece and it will be easier fore me to contact everyone I have to.

So stay tuned and soon I'll have some news.

Have you already a kind of list of partecipants?

Few people interested here but waiting with decision once timing and pricing is finally set.

The track is confirmed for

Friday 21 of August

They told me the prices by phone and I'm waiting details by mail about procedure.

The cost for the whole day excusive use is 800 € (tax 19% not included) plus 15€ per person assurance.
If we want to use the track timing system the cost is 400€ (tax 19% not included)

As I wrote I'm waiting their mail for more speifics.

Good news! If we take full option (track with insurance + timing system) and have 20 cars this would be less than 100 EUR per car.
And I believe that we can have 20 cars with no problem. Rather even double that which would result in 50 EUR per car.

So, we are going to take the basic pack to have the official reservation and then will valuate if we want their timing system.

I've just seen that we are already inside the track's calendar...

Is medical cover obligatory?

If I remember well, it's not obligatory, but usually those who take the track, take also this optional. We will see.

Now, we are going to reserve the track for the basic pack
800+19%=952€ (so 317€ in advance for the official reservation)
then we will add the rest if necessary.

I've open a new thread in a section called THE LIST.
In this thread I'll only update the general list.

Please open a new thread in that section for the national lists.


So we are going to have 1 thread for the general list and every national organizator will open a new thread for his country list.

Concerning the list: "OK restau" means that we want dinner on Thursday?, "OK hotel (not Serres)" means that we want to stay for the weekend in Halkidiki?

For now means ok for dinners and lunches insiede the program.
I think that for europeans and who wants to partecipate in the whole meeting is quit obviously.
We use it most for greeks who will not partecipate to the whole meeting, so they let us know if they want this included.

For the days after the meeting (from 23 to 28 of August) you have to specificate it.

Greek guys have already the amount to reserve the track, they have to go there and firm.

However, I was in touch with the persons of the track all the time and 21 of August we will have it in exclusive use.
It is confirmed.

I would like to know if you prefer the optionals.

For the medical assistance we are organising to have an external support, so I will say to not use this.

About the timing system....I would like to know what do you think.
400€+19% is a consist amount ...it's the half of the cost of the exclusive use. Maybe we can take times in some another way.

track costs

for the track we have to pay for the basic pack, which means 800€+19%­VAT=952€

About the medical assistance we have maden an agreement and we are going to have there an ambulance and first aids with externals (volunteers of red cross) and we will not use track’s medical pack.
For this service, we don’t have to pay them directly but to make an offer to them of some medical material. They have a list of their needs, so we have decided to hold for them about 150€ to buy some of their medical materials of their list.

We have 23 confirmed cars for a total cost of about 1100€.
This means 47,83€ per participant.
I think 50€ per person it’s right to be the cost for the track and first aid payment.

So, now we have all the necessary costs and we can proceed to the total payments.
